YOGA, PILATES, MEDITATION

Yoga – the ancient way to rejuvenate your body.  Lessons by Master Sudhir from India will are available daily except Saturdays and Sundays, with 24 hours advance notice. 

Price per person (private session): THB1000 (60 minutes) / THB 1400 (90 minutes)
Group class (3 - 8 persons):  THB1500 (60 minutes) / THB 2000 (90 minutes)

MUAY THAI

Thai Boxing, also known as “Muay Thai” are gaining popularity with a lot of foreigners. Lessons are available daily with 24 hours advance notice.

Price per Person:  THB 600 (includes water, towel, round trip transfers to the boxing ring)

BODY MASSAGE

Learn the basics of applying Body Massage from our trained Spa therapists. Duration of each lesson is one hour, and 24 hours notice required.

Price per Person:  THB 800

MOUNTAIN BIKING

Suitable for both adults and children over 6 years old, sign up for a 20kilometer bike tour which takes you to the nearby local Temple, rubber plantation and local market to experience local lifestyle. Meet at the lobby at 9.00am. Duration is around 2 hours depending on the speed of cycle. Price per Person: THB500 (includes bike, helmet, water, towel, fruit, mosquito repellent, sunblock)

FOREST WALKS

Stroll the shores of Naiyang Beach southwards and climb the forest hills to reach a quiet stretch of beach to enjoy a light picnic, followed by a refreshing swim before heading back to the Resort.

Time:  9.00am to 11.30am
Price per Person:  THB1000 (includes water, towel, sun-block, mosquito repellent, picnic snack, hat)

TWO PARKS TREK

Visit 2 of Phuket’s Waterfalls in one trek. A trained guide from the Park will lead you on a trek from the foot of Ton Sai waterfall up to the Kao Pra Teow National Park, where various species of flora and fauna indigenous to the tropics can be seen. After 2 hours of trekking, you will arrive a the Bang Pae waterfall, which is also home to the Gibbon Rehabilitation Centre, where gibbons are trained to adapt back to the wild. Not an easy trek for the young, elderly or the weak hearted.
Time: meet at the lobby at 8.30am
Price per Person:  THB1200 (include transportation, guide, water, towel, fruit, sun-block, mosquito repellent, hat, Park fees)

MAKING MERITS THE THAI WAY (MORNING ALMS)

If you are an early riser, find out what Thai monks do for breakfast. As early as 6.00am, monks leave the temple bare-footed with a bowl and walk the street to collect alms. They have a set route that they would take, looking straight ahead with their heads slightly bowed. People would stand by the side of the road with rice, curry, Thai desserts laid out on the table, and when the monks passed, the people would bend down and wai (putting hands together) before offering the food to the monks. In exchange, the monks will chant some blessings. This is the Buddhist Thai way of making merits.

Time: 6.10am – be at the Resort Lobby.

THAI COOKING CLASS

Impress your friends back home. Learn how to cook authentic Thai dishes with our Chef, receive a certificate, recipes and take home with you some of the Thai herbs commonly used in Thai cooking.
Price per Person: THB2500 (includes a trip to the local market to buy some of the ingredients, learn to cook 3    dishes and dinner with a glass of wine)

Time:  4.00 pm
Duration: 3 ½ hours

FRUIT CARVING

Learn how to turn fruit into a piece of edible art.
Price per Person: THB800
Available every day from 2.00pm onwards.
Duration: 1 hour

LEAF ORIGAMI

Turn leaves into roses for your love ones.

Available every day from 3.00pm
Duration: 1 hour

FRESH CATCH OF THE DAY
Wait for the fishermen to come back with their catch of the day and buy them fresh from the beach in front of the resort. Our Chef will go with you to choose the best buy and then teach you how to clean and cook the fish, the Thai way.
