One Bedroom Apartment
Each condo is designed with the idea of maximising comfort without compromise. 67 square meters of bright living space including a private balcony facing in a primarily Westerly direction, a dedicated kitchenette area, fully fitted bathroom suite with natural light, and double doors leading to the master bedroom are but a few of the features. The 1 bed condo, as with the two bedroom units, have the added benefits of allocated parking, lock up storage, broadband, cable TV, and an optional digital music feed, to name but a few.

The unique design of the 1 bed units have been carried over to the 2 bedroom condo. Many families now travel to Phuket with young families, and do not want to have separate hotel rooms. The one level floorplan, with separate dedicated lounge and dining areas, ensures that the family is never far from view, at the same time allowing a large area in which to move around. The 62 residences will be sold as freehold condominiums under The Condominium Act ( 1979 ) which allows 49% of the total registered area to be under direct foreign ownership.
Under the condominium act, strata title deeds will be issued for all 62 apartments, which in turn means that you actually obtain a title deed issued by the Land Department of Thailand as proof of ownership.
For the remaining 51%, ownership has three possible scenarios. Either Thai Nationals, Thai companies can own direct or for foreigners, we enter into a leasehold agreements. A Leasehold agreement is a perpetual 30 year lease arrangement which is also registered at the Land Department of Thailand.
