CCTV Travel Around the World Program

CCTV, the largest, leading moving media in China, in collaboration with Oriental Media & Technology recently did a 30 minutes wafer film documenting Phuket as a tourism destination targeting the Chinese market, in their Travel Around the World program.

Dewa Phuket is proud to be chosen as one of the selected venues for this project and the shooting went without a hitch under beautiful blue skies. We’ved been told this will be aired in China in September and will keep you posted.

Basic First Aid Training Course

Emergency Asia conducted a Basic First Aid Training Course for 18 of our staff to better prepare them in handling medical emergencies. In the unlikely event that medical assistance is required urgently, we now have staff who are certified to provide the correct actions to be taken. Over the next few months, we will plan to gradually increase the number of certified First Aiders amongst our staff. The first batch passed with flying colors and our congratulations to all of them.
