The meaning of Loy Krathong is to float a circular object with decoration of banana leaves, flowers, one candle and incense sticks in water on the full moon night of the twelfth lunar month.

Celebrated annually by Thais, this tradition is believed to bring new luck as all misfortunes are carried away by the water during the floating of the krathong. Come and join us this 2nd November 2009, for an evening of Thai Gastronomic delights, cultural dance shows and join in the long drum parade to the water's edge to float your own krathong for good health, wealth and happiness.
