Message from the Project Director - Mr. Thierry de Borde:

The Residences

• The apartment flooring, walls, ceiling, windows and entrance door will be installed by the mid of April.
  
  
• The first 5 apartment units on the ground floor will be completed with all the finishes by the mid of April.
  
  
• The mockup apartment unit is completed and we are now decorating this unit with the test furniture package.
  
  
• Finishes works for the swimming pool deck is set to begin after the mid April Songkran holidays.
  

The Resort & Spa

• The mockup pool villa is completed and we are installing all of the furniture and decorative items.
  
  
• We will have two photo sessions on the 1st and 2nd of April with a professional photographer and models in the mockup. The photos will be published on the new Dewa Phuket website, marketing material and on the Dewa Phuket photo galleries.
  
  
• All structural works on the pool villas is completed. Structural works on the main facility of the resort will be completed by the end of April.
  
  
• 30% of the pool villas are now with a finished roof and we estimate the completion of pool villa roof works by the begining of June.
  
  
• We will begin the main infrastructure works of the resort after the Songkran holidays.
