• Dewa Residence sales are moving well. Lars is in Dublin Ireland and England surveying these markets to bring additional sales and due to come back mid-August.
  

• The new Dewa Phuket brochure is now out and we are distributing it through our sales office and real estate agents.
  
  
• The construction is progressing as scheduled with all the foundation completed, final structural footings being poured and with the preparations for the construction of the ground floor slab.

• Our architect, Design by Design has completed the details of the Resort Pool Villas and now preparing the constructions drawings of the main resort facility interiors.
  
  
• Design by Design is working on a beautiful rendering of the Resort lobby area with view on the main pool which we will publish on the newsletter.

Our intention with the monthly newsletter is to bring you closer to your dream in the making. It will also bring you up to date, in a simple format of the progress at Dewa Resort and Residence.
