The Residences
- Apartments are scheduled to be completed with finishes by the end of August.
- The swimming pool deck, lobby and kid's deck are scheduled for a completion in September.
- Landscaping for the Dewa Residence area is set to begin in September.
- End the month of September, we will begin final inspections, testing, commissioning and training.
- Handover of the Dewa Residence is scheduled for the last week of October.
- Moving in the residence is set to start begining November 01. It is important for owners to make a decision for the furniture packages. A specific email on this has been sent to each owner. The furniture packages are also available for viewing and downloading on the website on the residence welcome page.

The Resort & Spa
- The Pool Villas are well advanced. We are now working on finishes inside and outside. Completion is scheduled for mid-September at which time we will begin the landscape.
- The main facilities, back of house is progressing on schedule with wall rendering and M&E installation.
- The main facilities structural works for all areas is now reaching the end. We are now also working on the roofing of the upper floors with a good 30% completed.
- Main infrastructure for the Dewa Resort is now at more than 50% completed.
Our intention with the monthly newsletter is to bring you closer to your dream in the making. It will also bring you up to date, in a simple format of the progress at Dewa Resort and Residence.
