Welcome!

  • Overall progress Residences & Resort is maintained on schedule.

  • Apartment units are progressing on schedule. The first five apartment units are now in the finishes stage. Walls are coming up very quickly on all the other units.

  • The mockup apartment unit was inspected by the Client Representative Mr. Lars Ydmark and the Architect Mr. Adrian Koch. We are now working on the small amendments based on the comments made during the inspection.

  • The swimming pool main structure, walls, deck and pumping system is on schedule and progressing.

  • The Residence's lobby, atrium and parking area main works are nearing the end and we will begin finishes short after.

  • Piling of the main facilities of the Resort has began and the foundation will begin in 1 month.

  • The architect has finalized the latest revision on the architectural layout of the Resort Lobby and Spa.

  • We have began the structural work of 10 pool villas. The construction of the mockup pool villa is scheduled to be ready for inspection by the 3rd week of January 2008.
