The Residences

• The entire structural works, including the swimming pool decks, lobby, planters and internal parking areas are now 100% completed.
  
  
• The brick walls of the apartments are also completed and we are progressing with 30% overall completion of plaster work and the first five units will be locked once completed mid February.
  
  
• The landscape design is being revised and our landscape specialist is preparing trees, plants and bushes to be planted. We will begin the plantation of the large trees mid March to ensure a good growth.

The Resort & Spa

• The entire layout of the Resort is finalized including walk ways, lobby, pool and public areas.
  
  
• Structural works on the pool villas is now well progressed with an anticipated completion date by the beginning of March. The roof of the main facility is scheduled to be completed by the end of April at which time we will have one-third of the pool villas in their final stages.
  
  
• The landscape specialist is working on the design of our future gardens for the project. The design is based on a tropical beach garden.
  
  
• The architect published the first version renderings of the Resort lobby and swimming pool areas. These 2 renderings will be published on the website very shortly once some small modifications are made.
