• The sales office at the site is now open with our new marketing banners well displayed.

• Dewa Residence sales are moving well. During the course of the summer, Lars is heading to Dublin Ireland to survey this dynamic market for additional sales.
  
  
• The construction is progressing as scheduled with the bored piling completed. Foundation footings are already been installed.

• The mockup condominium and resort villa are expected to be completed by December 2007.
  
  
• Our architect, Design by Design is currently putting the final touches on the design of the Dewa Resort.
