The Residences
- The main residence swimming pool tiling is nearly completed and we are set to begin the pool deck finishing along with the children pool area very shortly.
- The apartments' flooring is now completed and we are progressing with other interior finishes.
- We have began some of the landscape. Our landscape contractor has planted the large trees and he is set to continue in the months to come.
- We have began the installation of the residence technology with the satelite system.
- Overall, the residence is progressing on schedule.
- Moving in the residence is set to start begining November 01. It is important for owners to make a decision for the furniture packages. A specific email on this has been sent to each owner. The furniture packages are also available for viewing and downloading on the website on the residence welcome page.

The Resort & Spa
- At the resort main facilities building we will soon complete all the major concrete tasks. Our teams are progressing very well with internal block work.
- The resort main facilities roof has began.
- The resort infrastructure works is now 50% completed.
- We are now progressing with the pool villa interiors as per the 2 mockups, pool villa 24 and 25.
Our intention with the monthly newsletter is to bring you closer to your dream in the making. It will also bring you up to date, in a simple format of the progress at Dewa Resort and Residence.
