The Residences

• The apartments gypsum ceilings and flooring finishes are now completed.
  
  
• The elevators are now fully installed with the cabins and we are schedule to perform a complete operational test in mid-June.
  
  
• The residence is now connected to the permanent power.

• Moving in the residence is set to start begining November 01. It is important for owners to make a decision for the furniture packages. A specific email on this has been sent to each owner. The furniture packages are also available for viewing and downloading on the website on the residence welcome page.
  

The Resort & Spa

• The block works of the pool villas will be completed by the end of June. We have now completed all the interior wall plastering of the pool villa.
