The Residences

• Wall plastering at the residence apartments is progressing very well and we will complete this major task by the end of March.
  
  
• We have scheduled to have the main apartment entrance doors, ceilings and aluminium window frames completed for inspection by the end of March.
  
  
• The team is working very hard to finalize the furniture package, we have been sourcing suppliers from Thailand, China and Vietnam.
  
  We believe we are now in a good position to finalize the entire package. Delivery of samples are taking place until mid March and at that point we shall be ready to launch the entire package with design and cost.
  
  This is all to our advantage, as a good package is both cost effective, high in quality and will be a positive contributor for our inbound Marketing drives in the upcoming Sales activities at Dewa.

The Resort & Spa

• All 34 pool villas are now well into construction. Many already have a roof and the others are in their last stages of structural works.
  
  
• Ground floor level at the Resort main facility is in good process with a schedule finish of the ground slab by mid-March.
  
  
• Interior finishes on the pool villa mock up is completed. In the next couple weeks we will be working on the built-in furniture and landscape and we have scheduled a photo shoot for the last week of March.
  
  
• The architect is now completing a new series of 5 renderings of the Resort. These will be published on the website and the next newsletter.
