The Residences

• The apartments at the Dewa Residence are now all under finishes works.
  
  
• Five apartments have been completed including the kitchens, wardrobes, air conditioning and sanitaryware installed.
  
  
• This month of May, we will begin the finishes works for the main residence swimming pool and its deck.
  

The Resort & Spa

• During this month of May, we will complete all the roof coverings of the pool villas and the main facility structure is scheduled for a completion end of May.
  
  
• The main facility block works has started with the back of the house areas. The kitchen equipment is scheduled to be ordered end of this month. The main infrastructure works of the resort has now started.
  
  
• The Dewa Spa design is now under finalization.
