Message from the Project Director - Mr. Thierry de Borde:

  • It is with great joy that I can announce that the structure of the Dewa Residence is now completed. We are now removing the form-works before making a new series of photographs.

  • The structure of the main core, swimming pool and its deck is on schedule and will be completed by the end of November as schedule.

  • Apartment block work (walls) laying is in good progress with an expected completion by the end of this year 2007.

  • The mockup apartment will be ready for the interior fitout and furniture by the 15th of November as we had anticipated.

  • The construction of the first two Pool Villas at the Dewa Resort, has started 2 weeks ago and is progressing as scheduled.

  • Property and Real Estate Exhibition Hong Kong ~ Back from Phuket Select Hong Kong at the Mandarin Oriental.

    During the 2 days exhibition we met with numerous people with keen interest of Phuket. It was encouraging to learn that Phuket is well perceived in the market place. The majority of the visitors that we met at the booth will come to Phuket during the upcoming high season.
