• Message from the Project Director - Mr. Thierry de Borde:
  
  "Even with the unexpected heavy rainy season, the challenge of the site team is to complete the entire structure of the residence (all concrete works) by early November 2007. As you will notice on the newsletter photos, we are right on target.
  
  We have also began our second challenge with the condominium finishing works. We have started block work, and M&E pipes and sleeves. We are expecting the block work completion and installation of windows to be completed by Easter 2008."

• The mock up Condominium is now well in progress.
  
  It will be a one bedroom unit on the ground floor (picture above). The first draft of the finishes (picture bottom right) has been concluded and the expected completion date being December 1, 2007. We are also working on the furniture package that will be up for sale once finalized. We target to have the final design of the package, together with a price tag for both one and two bedroom options, also ready for early December 2007.

Our intention with the monthly newsletter is to bring you closer to your dream in the making. It will also bring you up to date, in a simple format of the progress at Dewa Resort and Residence.
