• Construction is on schedule with the level 2 of the condominium floor being built. The photo below shows Mr. Thierry de Borde (Project Director for Dewa Phuket from Tropical Plan - www.tropical-plan.com) inspecting the finished level 2 slab in the first zone of the Dewa condominium. This photo was taken on the 24th of August 2007.

• The site main tower crane will be in position at the end of the first week of September, which will be used to bring concrete and materials for the construction of each levels. The crane will remain onsite until the end.
  
  
• The material selection and sampling is now completed. We now have 2 sample boards in the Dewa sales office and 2 more in our Boat Lagoon office.
  
  
• At the resort, we are now doing all the marking (site staking) in preparation for the slabs construction of the pool villas. All construction plans are completed.
