Payment Terms: For Online Booking, 30% of the total room charge will be charged to your credit card upon reservation confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

Low Season - (1 May 2009 – 31 October 2009)

50% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 7 – 1 day prior to arrival date.
100% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made on day of arrival or in event of a no-show.

High Season - (15 December 2008 – 20 December 2008 and 6 Jan 2009 - 30 April 2009)

50% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 14 – 8 days prior to arrival date.
100% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 7 days or less prior to arrival date

Peak Season - (21 December 2008 – 5 January 2009)

100% of total room charge will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 10 days or less prior to arrival date.
100% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 20 – 11 days prior to arrival date.
50% of one room night will be charged to your credit card for cancellation made 30 – 21 days prior to arrival date.
